  • Susan fusses around Neil who has a cold. He is making a poster for a public meeting about the environment and the River Am. She sends Neil off home to have a hot bath.
  • Once home, Susan brings Neil a hot toddy in the bath, but he can hardly say awake, he is feeling really unwell. Perhaps he’s getting too old for pig farming, he feels so tired..
  • Latif has been avoiding Lilian until she manoeuvres her way to having a private chat with him. She tells him how ashamed she is of her behaviour with Matt, although she never betrayed him. He asks him to reconsider not using Anisha as his vet. It seems to work, as Latif heads off to go and chat with Anisha.
  • Brian is pragmatic about the pollution problem but Justin considers it to be a calamity. Brian reassures him that there is nothing to worry about, but Justin doesn’t believe him. Brian puts him straight: Number one, Justin is wrong, and secondly, what business is this of Justin’s anyway?
