Radio Times: Kirsty makes a promise and Justin fights his corner

• As Eddie clips the ferrets’ claws, he and Joe express regret that they do not have room for more Band B guests. If they did, Emma would have no need to work at the chicken factory and could celebrate her wedding anniversary properly. Eddie’s car-booting is under threat as prices are set to rise for sellers.
• Coldly, Miranda and Justin discuss the divorce settlement. Miranda is standing firm; she does not want the house at Aldeburgh but will accept the chalet in Courcheval if the London property is settled to her liking. Justin refuses to let her have a stake in Damara capital, since Miranda had no financial input into it, a point which she contests, but he might offer her its Edinburgh subsidiary. Justin is willing to negotiate until it comes to the two Arab horses, Amir and Aziz, which he refuses to part with because Lilian loves them. In their place he suggests a share in the racehorse, Damara Dream. Realising that this is because Lilian wants the horses, Miranda threatens to bin the paperwork on which they have agreed. Justin tells her he loves Lilian. How long will it be until the spell wears off? enquires Miranda
• Kirsty calls at Grange Farm to photograph the SSSI. Joe and Eddie do their best to put her off, suggesting she return in a month or so, but Kirsty will not be deflected. When she sees the site, she is appalled, and none of Joe’s protestations carry any weight with her. Does Oliver know what has happened? he will be the one who will have to explain to natural England. When Joe and Eddie offer her assurances that they will restore the site to its pre-pig state, Kirsty agrees not to report them – but she will back to check on it.
