  • Tom and Johnny are trying to sort the large ongoing deliveries to the shop even though the shop is closed. No one has thought to stop the deliveries. Tom is concerned with the continued closing and now there is the added trouble about Henry. Johnny offers to help out, even if it means missing classes. Tom reminds Johnny that his education is important but he appreciates the offer. Jazzer turns up when Tom leaves the shop but Johnny refuses to talk to him.
  • Pat and Tom talk about the deception of Ursula and Rob. Pat has decided that it is best to remain calm and try to settle things amicably. Johnny comes in with an emergency in the polytunnels.
  • Rob is worried about Henry’s well-being but Ursula is dismissive of any concerns. The phone rings and it is Pat. Pat declares that they must think of Henry; Rob takes the phone and states that he is Henry’s father and Henry will stay with him. He has full parental rights. Helen is no longer responsible for Henry since she tried to murder Henry’s father. It is now about Rob and Henry. That is all he has to say.
  • Johnny shows Tom where half a dozen pigs entered the polytunnel. They have destroyed everything. Johnny tries to remain positive and suggest that it is not too late to replant. But where will they get organic plants this time of year, wails Tom. Pat comes running up, quite distressed. Tom quickly tells Johnny not to let Pat see the damage. Pat tells Tom that Rob plans to keep Henry. Tom sensibly wants to call Dominic but Pat says she tried but he is in court. When Johnny is alone, Jazzer turns up again; he has lost one of his jobs and he is about to be homeless. He wants Johnny to speak to Tom but Johnny is discouraging. Things are terrible right now and no one wants to hear about Jazzer, even if he is apologetic about the things he said of Helen.
  • Rob asks Henry about his school day but Ursula tries to whisk Henry away. Rob stops her and suggests Henry play a game of cards. Henry is worried that Rob will go into the hospital again but Rob assures Henry that he will never go away; Henry will stay with Rob and Rob will look after him.
  • Pat talked to Dominic who advised they must file a case in family court. It will take a few days and he thinks they have a fair chance of winning. He provided Pat with the name of a solicitor who will help. Ursula bursts in at this point and demands a few things of Henry’s; the rest can wait until later, she declares. Tom is astonished and ready to resist but Pat surrenders the things. She is doing this for Henry, not Ursula. They haven’t changed their minds. They will go through the courts. Ursula declares that she will see the Archers in court.
