• Mike is nervous before the wedding and doesn’t want Roy to think he will forget Betty. But Vicki looks beautiful. Brenda is not looking forward to it so much but Tom is determined to support her. She gets through the reading at least and the ceremony goes okay. Pity about Vicki’s speech at the reception though. Brenda tries to keep it together but in the end Clarrie finds her in tears. She manages to keep it together just about until Mike and Vicki leave but the idea that Vicki wants them to be sisters is a bit too much.
