• After a mixed response by the butchers to the Old Spots, John drops the organic bombshell to Neil – who isn’t particularly taken with the idea, nor with John’s arrogance and presumptiveness.
• Tony’s worried about John’s handling of Bridge Farm if and when he and Pat manage a holiday.
• Arguments amongst the cricket selectors, David wants Sean, Sid and Tony don’t want any changes. John suggests that Tony’s abused his position after his poor performance in the last match.
• Excitement abounds ahead of the auditions for “Isabella” and the possible sighting of Paul Newman …
