  • Caroline has had some interest in the Dower House – a cash buyer with no chain. Good news, if they could only get things moving. Carly doesn’t seem to approve of Oliver’s hunting exploits – or the cattle. She’s difficult to get to know but she comes from a troubled background so maybe she’s just shy.
  • David and Ruth have had an e-mail with photos from Bert. They are pleased he’s having a good time, even if it does mean more work for them. Kirsty has been helping with the milking again. She quite enjoys working with the cows. David gets the bad news that the driver that damaged his car gave him false details. It’s going to cost him £500.
  • Shula is getting pretty fed up with Alistair. He never seems to want to be with her anymore and gets away as soon as he can. She’s very depressed about it. It feels as if he doesn’t need them anymore.
