• Jack is getting a little better – out of bed and walking. Debbie wants to go to visit him. Jennifer is still worrying about Alice’s economy drive but Brian and Debbie think it’s great.
• Peggy is still worrying about Jack but she’s also concerned about Tony – he doesn’t look well. Tony says it is hardly surprising but Peggy is sure they will find a way through – especially with Tom and Helen on the case. Tony tries to raise the question of a loan but Peggy is too distracted. She is concerned that the Laurels won’t take Jack back.
• Debbie has a plan for a super dairy on the estate. 1000 cows, maybe more. Brian sounds interested and they plan to visit a “small” operation of 500 cows in Nottingham.
