Matt points out that there are things that Brian doesn’t know. Matt tells him the story about his half brother, Paul. Lilian having an affair was bad enough but with his brother? Matt then rather over eggs it by claiming Paul was one of the two people he cared most for in the world. And that was why he left. And why one of the reasons he came back. Brian warns him against making trouble with Lilian and Justin. Matt swears he won’t and that’s the honest truth…..
  • Ruth has another whiny conversation with Usha about how evil Pip is. Usha points out that admitting liability could leave them being open to being sued. Usha suggests she needs to understand that she doesn’t have to forgive Pip this instant. They don’t need to rush things.
